Everyday Wisdom #79

Yoga for comfort

A forward bend – or uttanasana – is really good for generating a contemplative, and connective state within us.  It is also good for relieving headaches and nervous tension.

To achieve this pose, bend forward and reach for your toes.  Bring your head close to your knees.
