Stop for hugs

Make time today to hug those you love.

It’s easy to get caught up in day to day life, and forget to nurture those we care about.

Hugs are good for both your mind and body.

They feel good, dispel loneliness, build self esteem, ease tension, and did I mention they feel great?!

And they make happy days happier 🙂

I love hugging.
I wish I was an octopus,
so I could hug ten people at a time.
