Consider your reactions
Dedicate today to carefully observing your reactions.
Observe your responses to people, and situations, as they occur.
Then pause for a brief moment….
And make a conscious choice as to how you are going to react, or what you are going to say.
When we come into contact with the other person, our thoughts and actions should express our mind of compassion, even if that person says and does things that are not easy to accept. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
Most excellent my dear. 🙂

We usually realize our reactions when its too late. It’s all a matter of a split second, but its the most difficult thing to achieve – to REACT wisely!

This is what meditation does best. If we prepare ourselves to react to a difficult situation with calmness and kindness, we are much more likely to do so when the situation arises. Pretty soon the difficult situations start to disappear.
That is so very true :-). Also we set the pathways in our mind to react in similar ways in the future.
