Consider your reactions

Dedicate today to carefully observing your reactions.

Observe your responses to people, and situations, as they occur.

Then pause for a brief moment….

And make a conscious choice as to how you are going to react, or what you are going to say.

  1. We usually realize our reactions when its too late.It’s all a matter of a split second, but its the most difficult thing to achieve – to REACT wisely!

  3. This is what meditation does best. If we prepare ourselves to react to a difficult situation with calmness and kindness, we are much more likely to do so when the situation arises. Pretty soon the difficult situations start to disappear.
