Follow your bliss!
I’ve heard this statement a hundred times over my life, but it is only recently that I feel I am really beginning to grasp the depth and potential of this invitation. I have been blessed over the past few weeks with an upwelling of spontaneous periods of bliss in my life – experiencing a deep contentment with the now that feels like being held in a sea of love and divine presence. This bliss has particularly come when I have been engaged in simple things like walking down the street, listening to music, or just relaxing and breathing. And sometimes an underlying bliss arises when I am experiencing things that you would not usually expect to be blissful, such as being annoyed, upset or in physical pain.
